How much does it cost to realign a satellite dish?+
It depends on the size of the dish, the satellite you want to watch, whether the LNB or the bracket has to be replaced and how easy the roof is to reach. We give you a fixed quote before we go up, with no obligation.
Do you come out the same day?+
Yes, whenever the diary allows. Faults that leave a whole building without service, such as a door entry system or a communal aerial that has gone down, come first. Get in touch and we will book you a slot.
Do you work with residents' associations?+
Yes, a good part of our work is in apartment blocks: communal aerial systems, communal satellite dishes, door entry systems, cameras in car parks and access control. We put the quote together so the property manager can take it to the residents' meeting.
Which areas do you cover?+
We are based in Salou and work in 40 areas across the province of Tarragona: Tarragonès, Baix Camp, Baix Penedès, Alt Camp, Conca de Barberà and Terres de l'Ebre.
What exactly do you do?+
Six lines of work: TV aerials and satellite dishes (installation, alignment, amplifiers, 5G filters and satellite receivers); communal TV aerials for apartment blocks (head-end equipment, ICT communal installations and multiswitches); door entry and video entry systems; CCTV you can watch from your phone; alarms and access control with key fobs or access cards; and wifi solutions with mesh systems and access points for houses, holiday lets and businesses.
Do you offer maintenance for residents' associations, businesses and holiday lets?+
Yes. We check communal aerials, door entry systems, cameras and wifi networks regularly so that faults do not turn up in the middle of peak season. We arrange it with the property manager, the letting agency or whoever runs the business, and we let you know before each visit.
